Plate coil heat exchanger
The plate coil heat exchanger is a kind of high-efficient heat exchanging equipment, and it is suitable for vapor-to- vapor, vapor-to-liquid, and vapor-to-vapor heat transfer. It is adoptable for chemical, petroleum, solvent, pharmaceuticals, food, light-industry, textile, metallurgical, steel rolling, and coal carbonization coking industries. According to different structure styles, the plate coil heat exchangers can be divided into nondetachable plate coil heat exchanger (I model) and detachable plate coil heat exchanger (II, III model).

structure and performance
1. The equipment is made by wrapping two plates to form two uniform spiral channels. Two kinds of heat transfer media perform total counter flow, which greatly enhances heat-exchanging effect. Consequently, an ideal heat exchanging effect can be obtained even if the temperature difference of two kinds of media is small.
2. The connection tubes on the housing adopt tangential structure with small local resistance. Since the curvature of the spiral channels is uniform, the liquid will not turn abruptly when flowing in the equipment, and therefore the small total resistance will improve the designed flow rate to increase its heat transfer capacity.
3. The spiral channel end plane of I model nondetachable plate coil heat exchanger uses weld sealing to ensure a better tightness.
4. Basically speaking, the structure of II model detachable plate coil heat exchanger is almost the same to that of the nondetachable plate coil heat exchanger. However, one of the channels can be taken apart for cleaning. So, it is suitable for heat exchange of viscous or precipitated liquid.
5.The structure of III model detachable plate coil heat exchanger is almost the same to that of the nondetachable plate coil heat exchanger. However, both of the channels can be taken apart for cleaning. And it gains extensive applicable scope.
6. The plate coil heat exchangers consist of PN0.6, 1.0,1.6,2.5Mpa serial per nominal pressure (endurable maximum working pressure of single channel).
7. When single equipment cannot satisfy operating requirements, the combination of multiple equipments is permissible. While the combination should abide by the following specifications:
The spacing intervals between equipment and channels should be the same in parallel or series combination; when it comes to hybrid combination, it means one parallel channel and one series channel.
