The film evaporator equipment is composed of evaporator, vapor liquid separator, preheater and a simple separator. The evaporator is rising-film type shell and tube heat exchanger, and it has high production capacity and high working efficiency. The treated materials are heated within a short span of time. The film evaporator can be used for concentrating weak solution in pharmaceuticals, food, and chemical industries. The contacting sections where the equipment touches materials are all made of stainless steel; hence it has good corrosion resistance characteristics since the stainless steel is durable. Meanwhile, the equipment can meet drug hygienic standard.

NOTE: The customer should buy overhead tank, rotermeter, condensation trap, process valves and pipelines by himself. Please mark it in contract if needing a purchase commission.
