Alcohol recovery tower (corrugate filling)



Main applications:

This equipment can be used for reclaiming rarefied alcohol or distilling methyl alcohol or other solvents in pharmaceuticals, food, chemical and light industries. This equipment can distill the 30¡æ rarefied alcohol to 90¡æ£­95¡æ alcohol. If the customer asks for higher yielded alcohol, reflux ratio can be increased to achieve this goal at the cost of production reduction.


Equipment characteristics
This equipment adopts efficient stainless steel filling. And the distilling tower is also made of stainless steel to avoid that iron chippings choke the tower filling and prolong its service life. The contacting parts of the equipment where touch alcohol, such as condenser, surge tank, and the cooling serpentine pipe, are all made of stainless steel to prevent the yielded alcohol against being polluted. The distilling still adopts detachable U-type heating pipelines, and these U-type heating pipelines should be drawn out of the still at the time of inspection to facilitate clearing the outer wall of the heating pipelines and inwall of the distilling still. This equipment can be put into batch production, semi continuous, or continuous production.

Corrugate filling

Under the guide of Shanghai Research Institute of Chemical Industry, we are dedicating at professionally manufacturing new-style efficient corrugate regular fillings and random packing filling. The materials include stainless steel, copper, aluminum, pure titanium, and Mo2Ti. And our products are widely used in spice, agricultural chemicals, fine chemical and petrochemical industries.
Regular filling includes: mesh, silkscreen, pore plate and rolled pore plate, and etc.
Random packing fillings mainly include: the metal Pall ring, metal step ring, and metal Intalox saddle fillings.
