II. Performance and features
This equipment adopts centrifugal sliding groove roller, which is a latest evaporator structure in the world, to form a film under small flow conditions. The flexible scraper can rapidly remove the shoal material deposited on the in-wall of the cylinder¨s evaporation zone. Compared with fixed interval scraper film evaporator, it will improve about 40%-69% evaporation volume.
Features:
1. The heat transfer coefficient and thermal efficiency are high. The evaporation intensity may reach 200kg/m2.hr.
2. The material heating time is as short as 5-10 seconds. The short heating time and vacuum working condition is good for retaining all components against decomposing and consequently guaranteeing product quality, and it is especially effective to heat-sensitive materials.
3. The equipment is applicable within a wide range of viscosity, i.e., it can handle materials no matter it is of high or low viscosity. The permissible material viscosity is 100,000 CP.
4. Altering the rotation direction of the scraper groove leads to a adjustable material treating time in the evaporator.
5. The in-wall of the cylinder¨s evaporation zone should be handled via fine boring and polishing treatment to prevent agglomerates and scaling on the surface.
6. This equipment is simple to operate and easy to adjust product index. And it can perform continuous production automatically under close conditions.
7. This equipment occupies a small area. The simple structure may facilitate maintenance and clean.
