Main applications:

It is adoptable in the liquor concentration process in pharmaceuticals, food, or chemical industries. The general evaporation intensity is 50-60Kg/m2h and the density of concentrated liquid prefers a value lower than 1.25 or it may cause difficulties when discharging.
Structure:
This equipment mainly covers 6 parts: concentrating tank, the first condenser, vapor liquid separator, the second condenser, cooler and the accumulator, and they are all made of stainless steel. The concentrating tank is jacketed; the condenser is tube type and the cooler serpentine type.
