The vacuum rake-type drier has simple structure, long service life and steady and reliable performance. It is easy to operate and applicable for many cases. Working principle:
The materials for drying are put into the drier from median part of the upper side of the housing. The continuously forward-and-backward moving rake tooth stirs the material, making it travel along the axial direction. The material is sufficiently heated for all the material can touch the housing in-wall and therefore can be indirectly heated by vapor. Uniform agitation operation and dispersion operation of the disperser gasify the water in material, the vacuum system facilitates discharging the material interior and surface water and the gasified water passes the dry separator, wet separator, condenser and then is discharged from the outlet of the vacuum pump.
